Niels and his family have been residents of Boise, Idaho for over 7 years. Niels grew up in the Salt Lake City Utah area working in the construction industry. He has a bachelor's degree in Accounting and enjoys working with numbers. When he is not appraising he spends as much time with his family as possible.  Outside of work, his interests include anything outdoors, but mainly golf, hiking, wakeboarding, and snowboarding. He values his personal and business relationships, and has built his business based on the principles of integrity and honesty.
